Eligibility
Enrollment is open to everyone.
There is no additional fee for non-residents. Courses may limit registration
size. Unless otherwise stated, classes are for adults only.
Payment
All tuition and fees are payable at the
time of registration. Book and supply fees, when required,
will be collected by the instructor during the first week
of classes. For your convenience, we
accept Visa, Mastercard, check, money order and cash.
A $30 fee will be charged for checks returned by the
bank.
Refunds
A full refund will be issued if classes are filled or cancelled.
Refund checks may take up to thirty days to process. Personal
request
for withdrawal must be made one (1) business day prior to the start
of a class. A five dollar ($5) withdrawal fee per class will
be
charged. No refund will be given after the first night of class.
Certificates of Completion
Authorized certificates will be issued to students successfully
completing Career and Technical Education classes.

Non-Smoking Policy
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in
any District building or grounds.
Confirmation of Course Enrollment
If you would
like written confirmation of enrollment, please contact us. Otherwise, once you
have registered, assume that you have been successfully enrolled.
Cancellation
When the center/district school is closed because of weather conditions,
all classes at that center will be canceled without further notification.
If it should become necessary to cancel evening classes due to inclement
weather, announcements will be made on these local TV/radio stations:
WDOE 1410 AM/WCQA 96.5 FM- Dunkirk, WJTN 1240 AM/WWSE 939 FM-
Jamestown, WKSN 1340 AM/WHUG 101.7 FM- Jamestown, WBEN 930 AM/WMJQ
102.5 RM- Buffalo, WKBW TV (News Channel 7)- Buffalo
When a BOCES educational center is closed, all day and evening
programs and activities scheduled for that center may also be canceled.
Please listen to radio announcements after 1:00pm.
